We sit deliberately between the national mega-GCs — often too large to stay responsive on this scale of work — and small local contractors with limited bonding and project management capacity. That position is the point: enough capability to run complex, multi-phase construction, and enough proximity that ownership stays on the job.
From a Knoxville headquarters, we are scaling licensure and pipeline across the Southeast to support partners at regional scale.

Brandon Eaton
Founder and CEO. Brandon leads pursuit, preconstruction, and delivery strategy, and stays personally engaged on every project the company takes on.
Karim Hussani
Karim brings fifteen years with a multinational, multibillion-dollar German company, where he served as director of finance for the South Asian region. He leads financial strategy, controls, and reporting for Eaton.
James Arias
James has built high-rise and large-scale projects with Skanska and other national builders. He leads Eaton's move into larger, more complex programs and the systems that scaled work demands.
Jason Yeary
Jason comes from luxury and highly detailed custom construction, where standards and compliance requirements leave no margin for rework. He owns field execution and quality across active projects.
